The Collected Works of Sri Ramana Maharshi

The Collected Works of Sri Ramana Maharshi is a compilation of Sri Ramana’s original prose and poetry; it contains his essential guidance of self-enquiry and his poetic works, such as ‘Five Hymns to Arunachala’. Alongisde these are a number of excerpts from Advaitic texts that Sri Ramana regarded highly and encouraged his students to explore.

Since Ramana’s writings were often prompted by a question or request from a devotee, included in this book are anecdotes detailing how particular verses came about. These heartwarming stories of living alongside the Master offer an opportunity to sink deeply into the loving embrace of the great sage of Arunachala.

Please note these unique books have travelled from India. Some have very minor cosmetic imperfections and are offered at a discounted price.

From Eight Stanzas to Sri Arunachala

“2. ‘Who is the seer?’ When I sought within, I watched the disappearance of the seer and what survived him. No thought of ‘I saw’ arose; how then could the thought ‘I did not see’ arise? Who has the power to convey this in word when even Thou (appearing as Dakshinamurti) couldst do so in ancient days by silence only? Only to convey by silence Thy (transcendent) state Thou standest as a hil, shining from heaven to earth.” ~ The Collected Works of Sri Ramana Maharshi

About the cosmetic imperfections: these can vary, but are of the nature of a few pages having small folds in the corner, page cutting errors, smudges on inside pages, a few printing ink marks on the paper edges or damage to the cover or spine.
